Our nationwide field engineering team delivers planned, preventive and corrective maintenance across the full site, from battery systems and PCS through to balance of plant, working as one integrated function with our 24/7 control room.

24/7 Control Room
Our control room is the centrepiece of our remote monitoring capability. Staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it monitors performance and security in real time, performs remote fixes and alarm resets, and coordinates engineer dispatch when site intervention is required.
